Visit tribal villages of Hmong, Akha mouchee, Tai Yang, Tai Leu and its wilderness of Bountai.
Itinerary:
Bountai – Ban Arya – jungle trekking – Ban Aneng- tribal villages – back to Bountai(_/L/_).
Meet your guide at Bountai Tourist Information Office, then we take a private car from Bountai to Ban Arya, the village where our trek starts. Ban Aya is a Hmong village, we will walk around to explore how hmong life is being and learn about their cultures and traditions. After that, our local guide will bring us on the trek through jungles and upland rice fields. We walk downhill on mountain ridges. On the way, we will enjoy seeing the wonderful landscapes of the area. Our lunch time is organized on the trail, we will stop somewhere that is proper for having a meal.
We descend to Ban Arneng, another Hmong village located at lower area. Explore village and let you know their culture histories. Then we take our organized car to explore tribal villages of Akha Mouchee, Tai Yang, Laopan and Tai Lue. Arrive in Bountai.
Approximately: 3–3.5 hours trekking, trekking level: moderate. As we know, there are many different tribes living in Bountai area; today we have a good chance to visit some of the different tribes on the way back to Bountai. Our tour finishes in Bountai late afternoon.
- Trek start: at 8:00 am from Bountai Tourist Information Office.
- Trek end: at 5:00 pm in Bountai.

What to prepare on the trek:
- Good hydration is a basic safety measure; make sure that you consume at least 2-3 liters of water per day. For your first day, the tour operator will provide around 2 water bottles. Please, keep always the empty bottle so you can refill the next day.
- A good pair of shoes for walking
- A hat or cap
- Sunglasses
- Mosquito repellent/Insect repellent
- Sunscreen
- Toilet paper
- Raincoat (in Rainy season, June-Sep)
- Pocket money, etc.
- Wear long pants and a T-shirt.

- Do not give individual gifts or money to children.

- Do not remove any archeological remains from the site of the ancient temples.
- Always stay with the guides
